The Custom Framing Lead is responsible for driving revenue by providing our customers with outstanding customer service, helpful product knowledge, and building individual customer relationships. From the initial design session with the customer, to the pickup of the finished order, the Custom Framing Lead is responsible for the complete cycle of a Design Center order while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
